I’m drawn to David Byrne’s optimistic perspective on Portland’s housing challenges, (“David Byrne and guests discuss Portland housing in ‘Reasons to be Cheerful’ program,” Nov. 4). I hope my experiences encourage people to keep an open mind when it comes to infill.
