From his own experience of suffering a major hemorrhagic stroke in 2016, Joe created The NeuroNerds podcast and JoeSoRocks Blog to spread awareness about brain injuries and inspire people to live their best lives while also entertaining his audience through is expertise and love of nerd and pop culture including films, video games, and everything in between.

What advice do you have for people?
